Beach Santa Maria del Mar

Beach Santa María del Mar is located east of Havana and is one of the most popular beaches for Haavana residents and tourist.

It has an approximate area of apporxitmately 10 km of fine sand beaches you can take endless beach walks, collect shells or just enjoy the sweet idleness and with perfect sea temperature, ideal to spend all day. The beach is located 25 km from Havana, this about 20 minutes by car.

The beach area contains numerous of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as limited water sports equipment for rental such as catamarans, paddleboats and kayaks are lined up on the beach. There are also a couple of convenience stores, a pharmacy, and clinic, a supermarket and a couple of cigar shops.

We highly advise you better when they organize a taxi in advance for the whole day, or that you pick them up and take them back to their destination.
