En 1914, el catal\u00e1n Constantino Ribalaigua Vert comenz\u00f3 a trabajar como camarero y cuatro a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde se convirti\u00f3 en propietario de las instalaciones cuando adquiri\u00f3
